Our delivery services operate normally and orders are processed on business days. During busy periods, delivery times may be slightly extended, but we always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. Any temporary service updates will be posted here.

Order processing times

  • Standard orders: Orders placed using Standard Delivery are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
  • Next Day/Saturday orders: To ensure Next Day or Saturday delivery, orders must be placed and confirmed by 2 PM (local time) on a working day for Next Day Delivery, or by 5 PM (local time) on Friday for Saturday Delivery. Orders placed after these cut-off times will be processed on the next available working day.
